• Ideally 2+ years of Continuous Improvement experience or a relevant bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience with Lean methodologies, Kaizen, 5S, JIT, standard work, and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to create and interpret process documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Formally and informally coach others to identify waste and implement improvements.
• Form cross-functional teams and lead lean transformation actions.
• Develop business cases and assess financial impact of sustained CI actions.
• Organize Kaizen events, workshops and related logistics.
