Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Analyst to drive Lean transformation and VOS adoption at the Ironton plant. You will diagnose barriers, lead process improvements, and partner with plant leaders to ensure data are available and used to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 3+ years' experience.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma CI initiatives in manufacturing or operations.
• Demonstrated facilitation, coaching, and problem solving capability.
• Proven track record of operational execution and leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy.
• Assess data and identify improvement opportunities; support plant KPIs.
• Assist with cascading targets to processes and operators; monitor progress.
• Support VOS audits (Tier 1 to Tet 4) and 5S+ activities.
