Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Analyst to drive Vertiv VOS culture and lean transformation across manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and the disciplined execution of improvement initiatives.

You will partner with the VOS Manager, analyze process data, and deploy strategies to boost efficiency, quality, and safety. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of CI experience are preferred, with travel around 10%.

Qualifications

• CI/Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in manufacturing or operations
• Facilitation, coaching and problem solving capability
• Proven track record of operational execution
• Experience leading diverse teams to a common goal
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, statistics and presentations

Responsibilities

• Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy
• Assess data and identify improvement opportunities
• Work with process leaders to ensure teams have the right data, tools, and clarified problem statements
• Support VOS audits (Tier 1 to Tet 4), 5S+, etc.
• Monitor and report overall progress to the VOS Manager
• Facilitate VOS activities assigned for plant improvements
• Assist with cascading targets to the process and aligning operator-level KPIs
