Job summary

Vertiv in Georgetown, TX seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to plan, develop, and execute lean manufacturing and CI programs across plant operations, including deployment of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS). You will oversee CI projects and standardize processes within plant and functional teams.

The role requires leading change, coaching leaders, and driving performance metrics while collaborating with plant management to improve lead times, service levels, and operating costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 5+ years’ experience.
• Six Sigma / Lean certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years or more hands-on Lean/Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant managers and leadership to shape strategy and execute performance improvements.
• Develop Lean capabilities for management and staff to enable daily problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Leverage site resources to accelerate expert deployment and standardize processes.
• Lead and coach leaders to integrate operations and functions, reducing lead time and costs while boosting cash flow.
• Develop CI team capabilities and advance Vertiv Operating standards and methods.
