Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Analyst to drive VOS cultural transformation and Lean process improvements. The role partners with the local VOS manager to deploy strategy, analyze data, and ensure teams have the right tools and clear problem statements.

The successful candidate will support audits, monitor progress, and cascade targets to operators while leading diverse teams to achieve measurable improvements with world-class results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years' experience.
  • Demonstrated facilitation, coaching, and problem solving capability.
  • Proven track record of operational execution.
  • Prior experience leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
  • Proficient with data analysis and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy.
  • Assess data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with process leaders to ensure teams have the right data and tools.
  • Support VOS audits (Tier 1 to Tet 4) and 5S+ initiatives.
  • Monitor and report overall progress to the VOS Manager.
  • Facilitate VOS activities for plant improvements.
  • Cascading targets to processes and aligning operator KPIs.
