Job summary

Vertiv in Delaware, Ohio seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean programs, deploy VOS, and standardize manufacturing processes across plant and functions. You will partner with the Plant Manager to plan and execute performance-improvement initiatives and drive daily problem solving.

You'll develop Lean capabilities, coach leaders, and lead the VOS steering committee, focusing on reducing lead times, improving customer service, and lowering costs while increasing cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
• Six Sigma/Lean certifications preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead lean initiatives and deployment of VOS across the plant
• Coach leaders and teams to improve operations and reduce lead time
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to shape plant strategy
• Manage VOS steering committee and ensure framework adherence
• Analyze operations and drive cost improvement and cash flow
