Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing/industrial setting with production-floor time.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/PowerPoint for daily audits and reports.
• Comfortable communicating with hourly employees, supervisors and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 5S audits and track corrective actions.
• Perform regular Leader Standard Work (LSW) audits and maintain rosters.
• Track Tier meeting execution and maintain training matrices and visuals.
• Maintain visual management boards, labels, magnets, and signage.
• Prepare pre-work packets for CI workshops and track attendance.
• Gather quotes and submit CI-related purchase requests via iProcurement.
• Maintain centralized CI documents, templates, and tools.
• Pull reports from the CI Idea System and prepare basic summaries.
• Document findings from 5S walks, audits, and CI activities.
• Partner with production, quality and leadership to support daily CI expectations.
