Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
• 3 years in project management for capital or continuous improvement projects.
• Experience with metal or high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage continual improvement projects in both manufacturing and office environments.
• Manage capital projects for new manufacturing equipment.
• Facilitate and participate in cross functional teams.
• Maintain project hopper and work with Operational Excellence Manager to prioritize projects.
• Organize and deliver project status updates to owners and Management.
• Coordinate allprojects within Operational Excellence to achieve annual cost savings.
