Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a Project Engineer to support plant cost-out initiatives and productivity improvements. The role involves solving problems, executing objectives, and communicating Denison operation goals to associates.

The candidate will drive productivity through process redesign and lean six sigma methods, with travel both domestically and internationally. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering with statistics/data analysis training and up to two years of related experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with training in statistics and data analysis.
• Up to two years of related work experience.
• Experience in stamping, casting or injection molding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes productivity projects involving process, tool and part redesign.
• Applies lean and Six Sigma tools to improve production efficiencies while reducing operating cost.
• Serves as a change agent in institutionalizing quality with Manufacturing Engineers and Process Technicians.
• Continuously seeks, shares, and implements best practices.
