G&W Electric in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for a designated value stream. You will plan and assign work, implement policies, and drive improvements in throughput, quality, and safety.

You will lead a team of 6+ employees, monitor performance, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules. Strong Lean/Six Sigma experience and excellent problem-solving are essential.

Competenze

• 5-7 years’ progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years directing an hourly or manufacturing workforce.
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and a business planning/inventory system.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma, 5P or related continuous improvement experience.
