Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directing an hourly or manufacturing workforce.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement models.

• Track absenteeism and maintain timekeeping records.
