CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Business Consultant to drive process improvement and operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma methods. This role supports project work across the organization, facilitating events and partnering with stakeholders to map and redesign processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in business consulting/operations, strong data analysis, and proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.
• Experience with process mapping (SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience leading or supporting process-improvement initiatives in a business/operational function.
• Ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen, RIEs, or workshops.
• Proficiency in DMAIC or similar problem-solving methods.
• Experience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and delivering insights.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and facilitate improvement events.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and enhance business processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business partners.
• Drive follow-through on actions and sustain changes across multiple workstreams.
