CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Consultant to lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization in Topeka, Kansas. You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitate improvement events, map processes, analyze data, and partner with stakeholders to redesign and sustain effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business consulting or operations, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, experience with DMAIC, and proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business consulting or operations.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required).
Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma to process improvements.
Process mapping experience (SIPOC, swimlane, VSM).
Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Experience facilitating Kaizen/RIE events or workshops.
Strong problem-solving and analytics skills.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Responsibilities
