Job summary

Southern Recruiting Solutions, Inc. in Gainesville, FL seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives at the site, aligning with corporate goals and best practices. You will guide teams and drive sustained CI impact across safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in chemical processing/manufacturing, a minimum Black Belt, and strong data analysis skills. Relocation is provided, with a salary range of $150k–$170k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt minimum, Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years in chemical processing or manufacturing leading CI initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills; ability to analyze data and use statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean Six Sigma initiatives at the site.
• Coordinate foundational Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow/Gree n Belt) for site personnel.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of CI projects with timely delivery and resource efficiency.
• Drive measurable improvements in safety, environmental performance, quality, cost, and productivity.
