Job summary

Delta Electronics Mfg. Corp., Beverly, MA, is seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement professional to lead manufacturing performance initiatives.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem solving to drive throughput, quality, cost, and flow improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to map processes, implement solutions, and support readiness and quality-system activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, STEM, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, CI, or PM.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement background.
• Ability to identify root causes and apply structured problem-solving tools.
• Experience with data analysis and quality metrics to drive opportunities.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, BOMs, and shop-floor controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives to improve throughput, quality, cycle time, and efficiency.
• Collect and report key manufacturing metrics; identify gaps and plan improvements.
• Map processes, define future-state workflows, and implement changes.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S, Gemba walks, and structured problem solving.
• Develop PFMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, and APQP deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional projects with clear scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and Quality to align with demand.
• Conduct observations and data reviews to reduce variation and improve reliability.
• Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Share Lean and CI training to build capability across teams.
