CSL is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive the CI strategy across its Illinois-based manufacturing operations. You will govern Lean Six Sigma deployment, prioritize CI projects, and deliver measurable safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements for a product family.

You will develop and coach the CI team, embed CI into daily operations, track benefits, and report to senior leadership. This on-site role requires 7+ years in GxP manufacturing, strong leadership, and a PMP or Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in GxP-regulated manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt preferred; PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead CI strategy and prioritize CI portfolio across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure CI roadmap delivers measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Oversee CI initiative delivery with on-time results and value realization.
• Coach CI team and build site-wide capability in CI practices.
• Ensure change management and project governance compliance.
