Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring resources are aligned and objectives are achieved.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and help build improvement capabilities throughout the organization.
• Coach leaders, project teams, and employees on problem-solving techniques, process optimization, and change management principles.
• Track, analyze, and communicate project outcomes, performance metrics, and business impact to leadership.
