Job summary

CSL Behring in Illinois is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Lean Six Sigma across manufacturing operations for a product family. You will govern CI project deployment, coach the CI team, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements align with business objectives.

This on-site role collaborates with Senior Director, Operational Services to deliver strategic enhancements. The role requires 7+ years in GxP manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma belts, and PMP or equivalent

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in GxP-regulated manufacturing (pharma, biotech, or medical device) including manufacturing operations.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt preferred
PMP or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of Change Management methodologies
Knowledge of cGMPs

Responsibilities

Leads execution of the site and manufacturing CI strategy.
Translates strategic objectives into a prioritized CI portfolio across manufacturing operations.
Oversees execution of CI initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of outcomes.
Tracks, validates, and reports financial and non-financial benefits realization.
Builds and develops CI team and site-wide capability.
Ensures CI methods comply with project management and change management procedures.
Builds strategic partnerships across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and EHS.
Establishes and monitors CI metrics and KPIs; reports progress to senior leadership.
