Job summary

Primient is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Black Belt, CI to join the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement team in Illinois. You will drive data-driven improvements, mentor Green Belts, and lead Lean Six Sigma projects across plant and transactional functions to improve efficiency, quality and safety.

You will champion the Primient Operating System and embed sustainable daily improvements while guiding teams through workshops and strategic initiatives. Strong data skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required
• Bachelors Degree in STEM, supply chain, business, or finance preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or willingness to obtain it is preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze Operational Data to Drive Improvements and identify root causes
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects with plant and transactional leadership
• Monitor and report KPIs to sponsors and leadership
• Guide cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives
• Mentor Green Belts and project teams in Lean Six Sigma methods
• Drive Plant Operating Model implementation and safety improvements
