The role requires coaching site teams, creating SOPs, and ensuring sustainable gains through KPI tracking. Responsibilities include data collection, Pareto analysis, and auditing processes during validation, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience.
• College-level mathematical skills.
• Advanced computer skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Lean and Six Sigma training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with SMEs across functions.
• Communicate project status to upper management and stakeholders.
• Analyze data (OEE, uptime, scrap, margin, cost) to drive decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Develop SOPs and batch records to sustain gains.
• Coach process owners and deploy lean methods across the site.
