Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Reconditioning Manager to supervise daily operations at the Inspection Center, directing 5 leads and up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. • 5+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Proven ability to meet project deliverables and metrics.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
