Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Production Supervisor for its Chatsworth, CA facility to lead manufacturing activities, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement. The role uses SAP EWM to plan and execute daily work, with Lean tools such as 6S and Kaizen to optimize processes and KPIs. Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, with some Saturdays.

Salary range $90,000–$100,000, based on experience. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of manufacturing and leadership experience, strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s/degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a production setting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work assignments, vacations, and ensure accurate time reporting for hourly employees.
• Lead manufacturing activities and provide direction and coaching.
• Ensure training and daily work plans align with production goals using SAP EWM.
