Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Large Casting Department. You will direct manufacturing activities, provide coaching, and ensure training while aligning with SAP EWM processes to meet production goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership, a High School Diploma (Business/Engineering degree preferred), and ability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing activities of the assigned group with direction and coaching.
• Prepare daily work plans and coordinate with SAP EWM to meet production goals.
• Schedule work assignments and vacations; ensure accurate time reporting for hourly employees.
• Enforce safety guidelines and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
