Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant production leadership experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Knowledge of lean concepts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work assignments, vacations, and ensure accurate time reporting for hourly employees.
• Resolve team conflicts and manage personnel issues with HR partnership.
• Create and promote a positive, inclusive culture built on respect and professionalism.
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines with EHS for safe work practices.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings, communicate objectives, and address challenges.
• Plan work assignments to maximize manpower, materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Communicate changes that affect production to management.
• Work with HR on employee or labor relations matters.
• Coordinate with HR on labor relations matters.
