Responsibilities

• Schedule work assignments, vacations, and ensure accurate time reporting for hourly employees.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools (6S, Kaizen) and KPI management to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve production process issues with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-through.
• Hands-on operation and troubleshooting of press and machinery equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering on new or revised methods, layouts, processes, and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Enforce safety guidelines with EHS and foster a safe, inclusive culture.
