Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3-6 years of relevant experience required.
3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Proficiency in related systems and software.

Responsibilities

Supervise hourly employees and monitor shift operations.
Prepare daily time sheets, production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports.
Plan work assignments to maximize manpower, materials, equipment, and facilities.
Collaborate with Engineering on new or revised methods to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with Material Control on production schedules and parts.
Work with Quality Control to maintain and interpret quality standards.
Communicate schedule changes to management.
Coordinate with HR on employee relations.
Ensure compliance with plant rules, safety standards, and housekeeping.
