Job summary

Greene Tweed in Towamencin Township, PA, seeks a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality and productivity. You will drive on-time delivery while controlling COGS, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and optimizing labor, equipment and materials to meet orders.

Responsibilities include daily operations planning, staff training, enforcing safety rules, cross-functional leadership, and continuous improvement with metrics-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; BS degree preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification desired.
• 5 years in manufacturing with 3 years direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operation of the department with staffing and budget accountability.
• Provide training to workforce to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Enforce safety policies and lead cross-functional communication across shifts.
• Analyze department performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide compliance with Standard Work and update work instructions.
