Qualificações

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; BS degree preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification desired.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years direct supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage daily operation of assigned department with staffing and budget accountability.
• Provide training to workforce to produce quality products and follow requirements.
• Enforce safety policies, standard work and corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership and cross-functional communication across shifts/departments.
• Analyze department performance against metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Guide workforce in adherence to standard work and work instructions.
