Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with lean principles and safety programs.

Aufgaben

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities of production associates to ensure productivity and quality.
• Manage material handling area and oversee inventory with WMS.
• Lead staff through training, performance evaluations, and safety adherence.
• Establish line assignments, shift staffing and overtime as needed.
• Implement lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and maintain SOPs.
