• OSHA10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety guidelines and environmental compliance.
• Balances safety, quality, cost and delivery to achieve results.
• Collaborates with manager on objectives and communicates these to department leads and employees.
• Tracks and reports daily production metrics to the manager.
• Analyzes production data to identify improvements and boost efficiency.
• Ensures safe use of equipment and notifies maintenance needs.
• Reviews production output against quality specifications.
• Trains new employees on machinery operation and safety procedures.
• Coordinates with other shift supervisors for effective handovers.
• Manages vendor and client communications.
