Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data handling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily production activities to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee material handling area and labor performance for efficiency.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff; manage performance and conflict.
• Take corrective action per policy and maintain safety standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate policy changes clearly.
• Collaborate across departments to prioritize daily work assignments.
