Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in California, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role drives continuous improvement and oversees supervision and shop floor teams in a high-demand environment.

The position requires a strong Lean background, experience in blow mold production, and 5+ years in operations or related roles with team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management preferred.
• Must have blow mold industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles including managing teams of people.
• Previous experience working in a Lean environment.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to drive safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing programs (Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D).
• Review production, safety and quality reports and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with planning to meet production schedules and manage staffing.
