Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in manufacturing, or Associate's with 4+ years, or HS with 6+ years.
• Preferred supervisory experience in manufacturing; Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications.
• Work authorization to work in the US.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate plant equipment, personnel and production processes to meet demand and targets.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and back-up supervision; manage timekeeping & HR tasks.
• Identify deficiencies and implement equipment or facility improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety, quality and issue resolution; enforce policies and foster teamwork on Columbus, MS management team.
