ABB is seeking an on-site Manufacturing Supervisor in Senatobia, MS. You will lead production scheduling to meet demand, coordinate improvements, and drive lean initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities include improving equipment utilization, reducing scrap with DMAIC methods, and resolving critical product or equipment issues in partnership with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in team supervision, skill-matrix and attendance management in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC for scrap reduction and process optimization.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical capability.

Responsabilités

• Ensure production scheduling and the production plan meet volume requirements per the demand plan and inventory service levels.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identify deficiencies in production areas and oversee improvement actions to boost performance.
• Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues with relevant internal teams.
