The role emphasizes Lean Manufacturing, PLC control proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize uptime and performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, 3+ years in automated ops, and strong data-driven decision-making using Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or equivalent in automated manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-volume automated assembly line operations.
• Strong understanding of automation systems, PLC controls, and integrated manufacturing equipment.
• Proven proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma Tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation and system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee automated line operations, scheduling, and adherence to volume targets.
• Monitor line performance, throughput, cycle times, and changeover efficiency.
• Lead improvements in equipment uptime and automation system reliability.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize availability.
