Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION is seeking a manufacturing leader to direct the manufacturing and packaging functions, drive cost, quality, and customer service initiatives, and implement continuous improvement programs. The role requires experience in supervision, policy deployment, and mass balance with a focus on waste management and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience preferred.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma (Operational Excellence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
• Manages material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand.
• Ensures compliance with cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and on-time delivery at the lowest possible cost.
• Balances work cell capacity/loading across the plant.
• Determines operations headcount needs and ensures policy compliance.
• Identifies and drives capital investments and improvement projects.
