Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across its manufacturing network. You will partner with plant leadership to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.

You will lead Lean and CI initiatives, facilitate RCA and Kaizen events, reduce waste, and develop best practices across locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5+ years of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, or related experience.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive performance improvement by monitoring KPI data and leading corrective action plans across facilities.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as RCA, Kaizen events, and waste reduction to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, safety, supply chain, and finance to implement best practices and realize results.
Focus areas include productivity, scrap reduction, equipment uptime, cost reduction, inventory performance, and on-time delivery.
