Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or operations management, Masters desired.
• Lean manufacturing experience required.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the site to drive safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Lean practices and Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D Problem Analysis.
• Prepare and review production, safety and quality reports with corrective action plans.
• Implement improvements for cost reduction and quality assurance.
• Direct and support development or experimental activities.
• Engage with employees for problem resolution using standard tools.
