Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to lead performance initiatives across western US aggregates operations. You will champion lean methods, drive cost and margin improvements, and build capability through training and coaching. Travel ~50% is required.

The role reports to the VP of Division Performance and involves cross-functional collaboration with the commercial team to optimize OpEx and sustain a safe, high-performing operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Proven ability to develop relationships and lead teams.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control and data collection.
• Site assessments and tactical implementation planning; coaching leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments across assigned sites and prioritize implementations.
• Analyze plant production efficiency and ensure product specification and quality.
• Optimize plant operations to meet demand while maximizing margin and safety.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to develop OpEx strategies.
