Job summary

Carvana seeks a Reconditioning Manager to supervise an Inspection Center team, directing five leads and up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing setting. You will drive quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering continuous improvement and high engagement.

The role requires 5 years of management experience, lean principles knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Ability to drive metrics and deliverables.
• Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor direct reports and drive leadership development.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and performance metrics.
