• Direct daily manufacturing workflows to maximize throughput and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Design and execute strategic production schedules that optimize resource utilization and equipment uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics to refine operational best practices.
• Cultivate a high-performing culture by mentoring staff and overseeing quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production lines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement and logistics teams to synchronize supply chain and production needs.
• Operate and oversee specialized equipment including laminators, coaters, slitters, and sheeters to maintain output quality.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Deep understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in interpreting Manufacturing Instructions (MI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in production management software.
