Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operations team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Six Sigma or CI strategies.
• Track KPIs and analyze data to drive process changes.
• Provide training and mentorship on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Transportation, and Client Engagement for new customers.
