Executive Recruiting Consultants is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a key area of a manufacturing operation in the United States. You will lead plant operations and production, driving efficiency and lean initiatives.

The role supervises a team of 10 direct reports and collaborates with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering to implement preventive maintenance and cost-reduction programs.

• Work with other departments and oversee them through the supervisors. Including production, maintenance, shipping, quality, supply chain and engineering.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance plans, production improvement plans and cost reductions.
• Manage plant expenditures within the budget guidelines.
