Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced plant. The role emphasizes safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while collaborating with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain.

This position is designed for future operations leaders and requires a BS in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing. Knowledge of OSHA, ERP/MRP, and Lean/Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with OSHA and quality systems.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production team to meet performance targets.
• Manage shift staffing and daily meetings.
• Track KPIs: throughput, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and OEE.
• Ensure schedules compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Enforce quality standards, SOPs, cGMP, and safety; support investigations.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Coordinate with maintenance for uptime and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment utilization and setup times.
