CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a manufacturing process improvement leader to drive lean initiatives and capital projects across Mountain West plants. This onsite role requires close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EH&S, with 75–90% travel across AZ, UT and ID.

The candidate will develop, evaluate and implement process improvements, optimize layouts, and mentor plant teams to improve profitability, throughput and quality in a fast-paced, matrixed

Competenze

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in precast.
• Proven ability to apply lean manufacturing to support production operations.
• Quality control/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Track record of achieving positive results using lean techniques.

Mansioni

• Establish close working relationships with manufacturing personnel to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements are met, providing technical training and assistance.
• Facilitate communication forums for plant-based SMEs and support plant management and engineering staff on projects.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence framework and best practices across plants.
• Identify and manage innovation opportunities for operations.
• Lead capital project scoping, business cases, and ROI analyses in collaboration with site leadership.
• Manage project commitments and expenditures within budgets.
