Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products seeks a manufacturing process improvement professional to lead lean initiatives and capital projects across the Mountain West. You will work with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EH&S to drive profitability, throughput and quality with travel 75-90% between AZ, UT, and ID.

Onsite roles at Chandler, AZ, Nampa, ID, Idaho Falls, ID, or Ogden, UT require strong Lean, ROI analysis and capital project management experience, plus ERP/MRP and AutoCAD

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience ideally in precast.
• In depth knowledge and practical experience applying lean manufacturing methodologies to support continuous production operations.
• Quality control/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods utilizing lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and apply lean initiatives and capital investments.
• Provide training and mentoring to plant-level teams executing lean projects.
• Lead capital project ROI analysis and require compliance with budget.
