Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
• 2+ years supervising a 20+ member manufacturing team with lean methods.
• Strong problem solving and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of statistical tools a plus.
• Greenbelt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping/receiving activities and coordinate shifts.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and budget goals.
• Train and evaluate team members per Training Policy.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean/KPS methods.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain positive relations.
