Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Business Team Leader – Distribution 3rd to guide shipping and receiving operations in Huntington, IN. You will lead a high-performing team, drive safety, quality, and delivery, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience supervising a sizable manufacturing team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
• Two years experience supervising a team of 20+ in manufacturing with lean methodologies.
• Proven leadership and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day distribution activities to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Drive operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and budget targets.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships and provide training and feedback to team members.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
