Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift on weekends at the Huntington, IN plant. You will lead Dampers production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with Lean experience; a Bachelor degree is preferred, SAP experience is a plus, and Greenbelt certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Leads production areas with safety, quality, and efficiency focus.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and department leaders.
• Drives Lean initiatives to improve capacity and flow.
• Ensures on-time shipments while meeting quality targets.
• Maintains TS16949 and ISO14001 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dampers production operations and teams.
• Partner with HSE, Quality, Engineering, Materials, HR.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and cost-effective changes.
