Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar field.
• 2+ years supervising a team of 20+ in manufacturing with lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in motivating and leading people and driving a positive work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; statistical software familiarity a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and apply Lean (5S, JIT) principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving teams and coordinate across shifts.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and budget goals.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to maintain a positive environment.
• Ensure staff training aligns with policy; provide performance feedback.
• Lead daily start-up meetings; address personnel issues when needed.
• Monitor attendance and payroll accuracy; manage time and attendance data.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement through data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety/quality standards.
